Connecticut workforce boards, employers, and training partners supporting employer-driven training models in high-demand industries such as advanced manufacturing.
Requirements
- Work through the relevant Connecticut workforce development board or CTDOL process.
- Use funds for eligible on-the-job training, incumbent worker upskilling, classroom instruction, pre-apprenticeship, registered apprenticeship, or AI-related skills training.
