Restaurant and food service businesses located in designated Virginia Enterprise Zones that created grant-eligible jobs in calendar year 2025.
Requirements
- Must operate within a designated Virginia Enterprise Zone
- Must create net new jobs during calendar year
- Employees must earn at least 150% of minimum wage with health benefits
