South Carolina Motion Picture Incentive — Production Rebate
South Carolina offers up to 30% rebate on qualifying film and media production expenditures made in-state. Employee wage rebates up to 25% for SC residents; up to $30 million in annual rebates available.

Eligibility
Qualifying film and media production companies spending at least $1 million in South Carolina. South Carolina residents employed on a production may qualify for up to 25% employee wage rebate. Annual rebate cap increased to $30 million.
Requirements
- Must spend at least $1 million in South Carolina
- Must be a qualifying motion picture production
- Application must be filed with SC Film Commission
