About this program
Pennsylvania’s Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program funds major acquisition and construction projects with strong economic, cultural, civic, historical, or regional impact. Erie-area nonprofits, developers, and public partners may pursue RACP awards for large capital projects through state authorization and application rounds.
Eligibility
Eligible public, nonprofit, and private project sponsors with major capital projects meeting RACP statutory and regional impact requirements.
Requirements
- Secure RACP project authorization and apply during an open round
- Provide detailed project scope, budget, matching funds, site control, construction documents, and public benefit information
- Meet state contracting, compliance, reimbursement, and reporting requirements
