Following the December 2025 replacement of the HUB program, Texas's SDVBE program provides procurement preferences for certified service-disabled veteran-owned professional services businesses competing for state contracts.

Professional services businesses majority-owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans. Must certify through the Texas Comptroller's SDVBE certification process.
Requirements
- Business must be majority-owned and controlled by a service-disabled veteran
- Must apply for SDVBE certification through the Texas Comptroller
- Must be registered to do business in Texas
