About this program
The Albuquerque Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency can use redevelopment financing tools to support projects that advance adopted metropolitan redevelopment plans. Assistance may support infrastructure, public improvements, site work, streetscape, and project costs that remove blight and stimulate private investment.
Eligibility
Developers, property owners, businesses, and public partners with eligible projects in Albuquerque metropolitan redevelopment areas.
Requirements
- Project must be in an eligible redevelopment area and align with adopted redevelopment plans
- Submit project description, financing plan, eligible costs, and public benefit information
- Receive MRA or city approvals and execute agreements before reimbursement or incentive delivery
