Eligibility
Eligible local or regional breweries, elevated restaurants, cafes, wineries, or distilleries with publicly accessible customer space that own or lease commercial space for an approved Elk Grove project.
Requirements
- Meet a target industry category such as brewery, restaurant, winery, distillery, taproom, brewpub, or elevated cafe
- Own or lease commercial space necessary for the project at the time an incentive agreement is entered
- Have a pending planning or building application with the City for construction, rehabilitation, or expansion of commercial space
