George Kaiser Family Foundation Accelerator Grants

GKFF provides rolling one-time accelerator grants, typically $5,000 to $35,000, for historically disadvantaged and underfunded nonprofits serving Tulsa.

About this program

The George Kaiser Family Foundation Accelerator Grant aims to increase access to funding and technical support for historically disadvantaged and underfunded nonprofits serving the Tulsa community. The program is intended to empower leaders who are proximate to the communities they serve and whose work aligns with GKFF's mission of creating opportunity for every Tulsan. Interest forms are accepted on a rolling basis, with quarterly reviews in February, May, August, and November, and grants typically range from $5,000 to $35,000.

Eligibility

Tulsa-serving nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status or an active fiscal sponsor may apply if leadership is representative of the historically disadvantaged and under-resourced community served and the organization does not currently receive GKFF funding.

Requirements

  • Organization must have 501(c)(3) status or an active fiscal sponsor.
  • Organization must serve the Tulsa community.
  • Leadership must be representative of the historically disadvantaged and under-resourced community served.
