About this program
The Scottsdale Tourism and Events Department provides event funding to support events that are locally significant, enhance quality of life, generate economic activity, increase cultural and recreational opportunities, and strengthen Scottsdale’s visitor image.
Eligibility
Event producers, nonprofit organizations, and community partners proposing eligible events held in Scottsdale that meet tourism, economic impact, and community benefit criteria.
Requirements
- Submit a community event funding application to Tourism and Events
- Provide event plan, budget, marketing, economic impact, public benefit, and city funding history
- Meet permit, insurance, acknowledgement, and post-event reporting requirements
