Eligibility
Existing New York State small manufacturing businesses operating in New York for at least 10 years and investing in eligible modernization capital projects.
Requirements
- Operate as a New York State small manufacturer.
- Manufacture a product in an eligible targeted industry.
- Submit project, budget, match, and modernization details through the Regional Economic Development Council process.
