Eligibility
Municipalities, nonprofits, community partners, and public entities with eligible open space, parks, recreation, or conservation projects in New Castle County.
Requirements
- Coordinate with New Castle County parks or community services staff
- Provide project scope, location, budget, public benefit, partners, and maintenance plan
- Complete agreement, procurement, and reporting requirements if funded
