Atlanta Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund (BRLF)
An Invest Atlanta loan program providing financing for environmental cleanup of contaminated/brownfield properties within the City of Atlanta limits, particularly in targeted opportunity zone communities. Helps developers and businesses redevelop blighted sites.

Up to $100,000 in low-interest loans. Coordinated with the Phoenix Fund and Business Improvement Loan Funds when projects qualify for multiple funding sources. Tied to federal EPA brownfields program funding.
Eligibility
Businesses, nonprofits, and developers redeveloping eligible brownfield sites in targeted Atlanta communities including Downtown, Auburn Avenue, Lakewood Park, Metropolitan Village District, Cleveland Avenue Gateway, and Southside Industrial Park.
