Eligibility
Oregon small businesses and entrepreneurs, including Eugene businesses, that meet loan program and underwriting requirements.
Requirements
- Submit loan application, business financials, owner information, and use-of-funds plan
- Meet underwriting, repayment, collateral, and eligibility requirements
- Participate in technical assistance or advising when required
