About this program
Manchester’s economic development lending tools can provide gap financing for eligible business projects that create or retain jobs and support commercial investment. Loans can support working capital, equipment, real estate, tenant improvements, and expansion costs when conventional financing does not fully meet project needs.
Eligibility
Eligible Manchester businesses and entrepreneurs with viable projects, financing gaps, and job creation or retention potential.
Requirements
- Submit business plan, financial statements, project budget, financing sources, and job impact information
- Demonstrate eligible use of funds, repayment capacity, and public benefit
- Complete underwriting, loan agreement, collateral, and reporting requirements
