Eligibility
Eligible nonprofit housing providers, developers, public agencies, and project partners serving Cobb County households, including eligible Marietta projects.
Requirements
- Apply through the Cobb County HUD grant process
- Document eligible HOME activity, affordability period, income targeting, site control, and budget
- Meet HUD HOME property, rent, income, environmental, and reporting standards
