Small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. DBE certification gives access to federally-funded projects and opportunities statewide.
Requirements
- Must be a small business owned by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals
- Must meet personal net worth limits
- Business must be primarily controlled by the disadvantaged owner
