Eligibility
Community-based organizations, nonprofits, workforce training organizations, labor unions, technical high schools, county colleges, and private-sector companies. Non-CBO applicants must include at least one 501(c)(3) CBO partner.
Requirements
- Must provide skill development, workforce training, job placement, or related services
- Non-CBO applicants must include at least one 501(c)(3) CBO partner serving NJ overburdened communities
- Must be in good standing with NJ DOL and NJDEP
