Eligibility
Businesses in semiconductor manufacturing and related interdependent technologies such as quantum computing that are located in Boulder's CHIPS Zone may qualify for state business income tax credits.
Requirements
- Operate an eligible semiconductor manufacturing or related technology business in the Boulder CHIPS Zone
- Meet Colorado CHIPS Zone program and OEDIT incentive requirements
- Contact OEDIT's semiconductor industry manager or City of Boulder for application guidance
