About this program
The Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit program supports nonprofit-led neighborhood plans by providing tax credits to businesses that invest in approved revitalization projects focused on housing, economic development, supportive services, and community improvement. Deadline notes: Qualified project pool and business entity application periods are announced by DCA. Notes: Strong fit for place-based neighborhood organizations with formal revitalization plans.
Eligibility
New Jersey nonprofit community-based organizations with approved NRTC neighborhood plans and eligible neighborhood revitalization projects.
Requirements
- Submit neighborhood plan or project application with eligible census and income data, project plan, budget, community engagement documentation, partner commitments, and DCA certifications.
