Eligibility
Florida-based for-profit small businesses that are at least 51 percent owned and managed by a qualifying minority owner who is a Florida resident, U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and meets OSD certification requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through the Florida Office of Supplier Development certification process.
- Business must be legally registered, based in Florida, currently engaged in commercial transactions, and registered in MyFloridaMarketPlace.
- Provide required business, tax, license, ownership, ethnicity, and management documentation.
