Clinch-Powell provides small-business loans and development support in East Tennessee, helping entrepreneurs and businesses access financing for startup, working capital, equipment, and expansion needs.
Eligibility
Eligible East Tennessee small businesses and entrepreneurs, including qualifying Kingsport region businesses, that meet loan and service area requirements.
Requirements
