Reduces interest rates on agricultural and farm business loans by having New York State place deposits with participating lenders (including farm credit institutions) at below-market rates.

Eligibility
Existing New York State-based agricultural businesses and farms seeking financing through a participating commercial bank, savings institution, or farm credit institution.
Requirements
- Business must be located in New York State
- Apply through a participating lender (including farm credit institutions)
- Total LINC loans outstanding may not exceed $6 million per business
