About this program
Mesilla Valley Economic Development Alliance serves Doña Ana County and the Las Cruces MSA by supporting business attraction, retention, and expansion. MVEDA helps companies navigate state and local incentives, workforce programs, site selection, and financing tools such as LEDA and JTIP.
Eligibility
Businesses expanding, relocating, or investing in Las Cruces or Doña Ana County with economic development potential.
Requirements
- Contact MVEDA with project description, job creation, investment, site, and workforce needs
- Meet requirements for any state, local, or lender program accessed through project support
- Provide project data, financing documents, and performance information for incentive applications
