The Black Philanthropy Initiative is a fund of The Winston-Salem Foundation that supports Black-led and Black-serving organizations, leadership, and community priorities in Winston-Salem and Forsyth County through grantmaking and civic engagement.
Eligibility
Eligible nonprofits and fiscally sponsored projects serving Black communities in Winston-Salem or Forsyth County and aligned with current BPI priorities.
Requirements
- Serve Black communities in Winston-Salem or Forsyth County
- Meet nonprofit or fiscal sponsorship eligibility requirements
- Submit application, budget, community impact plan, and reporting materials
