The City of Huntington offers a Business and Occupation tax credit for qualifying back office operations that locate or expand in the city. Eligible businesses can receive a credit for up to 100 percent of city B&O taxes for a period of 10 years when they create at least 20 new jobs in Huntington. The incentive is intended to attract office-based employers, strengthen the local job base, and make Huntington more competitive for business expansion and relocation projects.
