About this program
The Greater Berks Development Fund, through the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance, helps structure financing packages using federal, state, and local loan and grant programs. It is the certified economic development organization for Berks County and can access programs such as PIDA for eligible businesses.

Berks County businesses with eligible growth, real estate, equipment, or job creation projects that meet program underwriting requirements.
Requirements
- Contact Greater Reading Chamber Alliance financing staff
- Provide project budget, business financials, tax returns, collateral, job commitments, and financing plan
- Meet applicable lender, DCED, and program requirements
