About this program
The City of Saint Paul receives HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds from HUD and uses the majority of these funds to meet local affordability goals. HOME funds can support ownership and rental housing development throughout the city through eligible developers, nonprofit housing organizations, and public partners working on affordable housing projects.
Eligibility
Affordable housing developers, nonprofit housing organizations, public partners, and eligible project sponsors with ownership or rental affordable housing projects in Saint Paul may seek HOME funding when available.
Requirements
- Project must be located in Saint Paul.
- Project must support eligible affordable ownership or rental housing.
- Applicant must meet HOME program and City affordability requirements.
