Current or former Rural Utilities Service borrowers and eligible nonprofit utilities may apply for projects benefiting rural businesses or communities.
Requirements
- Eligible utility must apply to USDA Rural Development
- Project must create or retain rural employment
- Use funds through pass-through loan or revolving loan structure
