About this program
The Downtown Las Vegas Retail Assistance Program is an economic development tool of the Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency that helps qualified retail businesses activate downtown storefronts and strengthen the district. Assistance can support tenant improvements, rent-related costs, buildout, and eligible startup or expansion expenses.
Eligibility
Qualified retail businesses locating, expanding, or improving operations in eligible downtown Las Vegas redevelopment areas.
Requirements
- Business must meet program location, retail use, and redevelopment area requirements
- Submit business plan, lease or site information, project budget, and eligible expense documentation
- Execute agreement and meet performance, reimbursement, and reporting conditions
