About this program
Lewiston’s microenterprise assistance resources use federal community development funds to help very small businesses and entrepreneurs access capital and technical assistance. The program is intended to support low- and moderate-income entrepreneurs and neighborhood business development.
Eligibility
Lewiston microenterprises with five or fewer employees, including the owner, that meet CDBG microenterprise and income-benefit requirements.
Requirements
- Business must meet CDBG microenterprise eligibility
- Document owner income eligibility or qualifying job creation where required
- Submit business plan, budget, financial, and use-of-funds documentation
