Eligibility
Eligible applicants are New Mexico entrepreneurs and small businesses, including women-owned businesses, that need startup, working capital, equipment, or growth financing and may not qualify for conventional bank credit.
Requirements
- Operate or plan to operate a small business in New Mexico
- Submit a WESST loan inquiry or application
- Provide business plan, financial information, tax documents, ownership information, and use-of-funds details as requested
