ARC Transportation Access Grants — Eastern Kentucky
ARC supports transportation projects in Kentucky's 54 Appalachian counties, including Local Access Road projects that link communities and businesses to the Appalachian Development Highway System. ARC invested $23.6 million in 49 Kentucky projects in FY2025.

Requirements
- Must be in one of Kentucky's 54 Appalachian counties
- Project must improve transportation connectivity
- Submit pre-applications after October 31, 2025 deadline with proper justification
