About this program
The City of Biloxi is a HUD Community Development Block Grant entitlement city and receives annual CDBG funds to support eligible community development and housing activities that primarily benefit low- and moderate-income residents, eliminate slums or blight, or address urgent needs.
Eligibility
Eligible city projects, nonprofits, public agencies, businesses, neighborhoods, and residents participating in approved CDBG activities in Biloxi.
Requirements
- Apply or participate through the city's annual CDBG Action Plan process
- Meet HUD eligible activity and national objective requirements
- Submit project, budget, beneficiary, environmental, procurement, and reporting documentation
