Eligibility
Eligible applicants include qualifying small businesses owned by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals and certain entity-owned firms, including businesses owned by Indian tribes, Alaska Native Corporations, Native Hawaiian Organizations, or Community Development Corporations.
Requirements
- Meet SBA small business size and ownership requirements.
- Show qualifying ownership and control by eligible disadvantaged individual owners or qualifying Native entity owners.
- Register in SAM.gov and prepare required business, tax, ownership, and financial records.
