About this program
Salt Lake City’s Economic Development Loan Fund provides gap financing for businesses that create jobs and strengthen the local economy. Loan proceeds can support working capital, equipment, inventory, real estate, tenant improvements, and other eligible business uses.
Eligibility
Small businesses located in Salt Lake City that meet underwriting, job creation, eligible use, and repayment requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through Salt Lake City Economic Development
- Submit business plan, financial statements, tax returns, owner information, collateral, and use-of-funds documentation
- Meet underwriting, repayment, and public benefit requirements
