Eligibility
Eligible New York State employees represented by United University Professions who have disability-related work needs and meet program guidelines.
Requirements
- Applicants must complete the program application, document the disability-related work need, provide project or activity details, costs, supervisory or campus approvals where required, and reimbursement documentation.
