Eligible local arts organizations, nonprofits, community groups, and projects applying through county arts agencies.
Requirements
- Apply through the county arts agency with project or organization description, budget, public benefit, accessibility plan, work samples if required, and required nonprofit or fiscal sponsorship documents.
