Provides technology-based enterprises a 5% annual payroll rebate on new full-time permanent employee payroll. For tech companies paying wages at least 175% of state or county average hourly wage with minimum annual payroll of $250,000.

Technology-based enterprises in Arkansas with minimum annual payroll of $250,000 for new full-time permanent employees, paying wages at least 175% of the state or county average hourly wage. Requires AEDC discretionary authorization.
