The Richmond ECIA Community Grant Program uses Chevron Modernization Project Environmental and Community Investment Agreement funds to support nonprofit services for Richmond residents in community, youth, and youth sports priority areas.
Eligibility
501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations or fiscally sponsored organizations serving Richmond residents in community, youth, or youth sports program areas.
Requirements
- Apply through the City Submittable portal during the annual RFA
- Submit program narrative, budget, nonprofit or fiscal sponsor documentation, service plan, and required attachments
- Attend or review available technical assistance materials when required
