Eligibility
Eligible Oregon local governments, tribes, transit agencies, school districts, and other public entities may apply for planning, design, and construction of community paths.
Requirements
- Be an eligible Oregon public entity or eligible project sponsor
- Propose a bicycle, pedestrian, or multiuse path project
- Meet ODOT program requirements for planning, design, match, and delivery
