About this program
The Math and Science Teaching Incentive Program provides scholarships for eligible full-time undergraduate or graduate students who commit to becoming secondary math or science teachers in New York State.
Eligibility
Eligible New York State residents enrolled in approved programs that prepare them to teach math or science in grades 7-12 in New York State.
Requirements
- Applicants must meet HESC residency, enrollment, academic, and service-obligation requirements for teaching math or science in New York State.
