Eligibility
Professional and technical services firms in Oklahoma that have incurred qualified research expenditures, have filed all required state tax returns, and submit a claim to the Oklahoma Department of Commerce.
Requirements
- Submit application to Oklahoma Department of Commerce
- Provide documentation that research expenses occurred in Oklahoma
- Expenses must be claimed on federal Form 6765
