NCALL Loan Fund provides flexible community development financing for affordable housing, nonprofit facilities, community projects, and sometimes small business-related development throughout Delaware and the Delmarva region.
Eligibility
Affordable housing developers, nonprofits, community facility sponsors, and eligible community development projects in Delaware meeting NCALL underwriting and mission requirements.
Requirements
- Contact NCALL Loan Fund for project intake
- Provide project description, site, budget, sources and uses, organizational financials, community benefit, and collateral information
- Complete underwriting, closing, compliance, and repayment requirements
