About this program
The Muncie-Delaware County Microloan Program provides small business financing administered by the Muncie-Delaware County Indiana Economic Development Alliance in cooperation with the local Chamber of Commerce. Loans can support fixed assets, land, buildings, equipment, working capital, building renovation or construction, modernization, and site preparation for businesses that create or retain employment opportunities and can reasonably repay the debt.
Eligibility
Businesses with a comprehensive business plan and eligible startup, expansion, or retention projects in the Muncie-Delaware County area may apply, with a targeted pool for minority- and women-owned businesses.
Requirements
- Applicant must provide a comprehensive business plan.
- Loan proceeds must support eligible activities such as fixed assets, working capital, renovation, construction, modernization, or site preparation.
- Project must create or retain positive employment opportunities in the Muncie-Delaware County area.
