OHA's Native Hawaiian Revolving Loan Fund offers $2,500–$100,000 loans at 4% APR for up to 7 years to Native Hawaiian agricultural entrepreneurs and small business owners in Hawaii.

Eligibility
Must be of Native Hawaiian ancestry, a Hawaii resident, a US citizen, have a credit score of 600 or greater, and be establishing or growing a small business including agricultural operations.
