Eligibility
Eligible applicants are entities seeking to process medical or adult-use cannabis products in Ohio that can satisfy DCC licensing, ownership, facility, local approval, safety, and operating requirements.
Requirements
- Submit a complete processor license application for each proposed licensed premises when a license pathway is open.
- Provide ownership, control, premises, operations, security, product safety, and compliance information.
- Complete required criminal records checks and disclose affiliations required by Ohio law.
