The Growing Alabama Credit provides tax credits to eligible taxpayers that make cash contributions to approved economic development organizations for qualifying economic development projects. Requirements
- Contribution must be made to an approved economic development organization.
- Project must be a qualifying project approved through the Growing Alabama process.
- Contributor must reserve and claim credits through the required Alabama Department of Revenue process.
