Eligibility
Qualified investors may claim a credit for investment in eligible New Mexico companies engaged in qualified research or manufacturing that meet the Angel Investment Credit requirements.
Requirements
- Have a qualified investor make an eligible investment in a New Mexico company
- The company must engage in qualified research or manufacturing and meet program criteria
- Submit the Angel Investment Credit claim form and required supporting documentation
