About this program
The Texas Enterprise Zone Program is an economic development tool that allows communities to nominate eligible projects for state sales and use tax refunds based on capital investment and job creation or retention. Fort Worth projects may be nominated when they meet state and local requirements.

Eligible businesses nominated by a local community for qualified projects creating or retaining jobs and meeting enterprise zone criteria.
Requirements
- Secure local nomination and state designation before claiming benefits
- Provide project investment, jobs, qualified employees, location, and payroll information
