North Carolina HUB Statewide Uniform Certification for Disabled-Owned Businesses
North Carolina's SWUC/HUB certification includes businesses owned, managed, and controlled by disabled owners.

Eligibility
Eligible businesses must be at least 51 percent owned by one or more qualifying owners, including disabled owners, and management and daily business operations must be controlled by qualifying owners.
Requirements
- Register in the North Carolina electronic Vendor Portal.
- Apply for HUB certification through the SWUC process.
- Show at least 51 percent ownership by qualifying disabled or other HUB-eligible owners.
